CFMOTO USA is seeking a Warranty Analyst to support processing of warranty claims, perform advanced reporting, and help establish warranty policies.

The role collaborates with engineering, quality, and customer service to address issues, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions, while ensuring data integrity and compliance.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of experience and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, with a customer-focused mindset and attention to detail.

Competenze

• Associate degree in Business, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years’ experience in warranty or related role within Powersports, Automotive or similar industry.
• Strong understanding of diagnosis and repair of off-road and on-road vehicles.
• Organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate between engineering, service technicians, management and dealers.
• Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; proficient with Word and Outlook.
• Strong customer focus and cross-cultural communication skills.
• High level negotiation and dispute resolution abilities.

Mansioni

• Review warranty claims for validity and completeness.
• Analyze claims to identify trends and root causes of product failures.
• Develop and implement warranty policies and procedures to improve reliability and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and customer service to address warranty issues and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed reports on warranty claims, costs, and performance metrics.
• Monitor warranty data to ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to dealers and internal teams.
• Conduct regular audits of warranty claims to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Assist in developing training materials related to warranty processes.
• Negotiate and resolve disputes at a high level.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism; project a positive image of CFMOTO.
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines; maintain a clean work environment.
• Travel up to 20%.
