Job summary

FMA is seeking a Warranty Claims Administrator to oversee warranty claims within construction projects, ensuring quality standards and defect-free warranty periods.

You will coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to address issues promptly, maintain documentation, support invoicing and cost management, and contribute to continuous improvement across projects. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in construction management, engineering, business administration or related field.
• Project coordination experience in schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Customer service experience addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Experience in documentation management, scheduling, and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the administration and management of warranty claims and related processes within construction projects that meet quality standards and are defect-free during the warranty period.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to address warranty issues promptly and efficiently.
