Eleven Western Builders seeks a Customer Care Coordinator to manage post-construction service and warranty requests, acting as the primary contact for clients after project completion and coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and service technicians.

You will support service-related quotes, scheduling, and documentation to ensure a seamless customer experience and strong client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial construction administration or related experience.
• Understanding of warranty claims and construction defect resolution.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and service requests.
• Proficiency with MS Office and PM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage warranty and service requests from intake through closeout.
• Coordinate repair schedules with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Provide status updates to clients throughout the repair process.
• Maintain records across client portals and internal systems.
• Assist with service quotes by gathering pricing and coordinating information.
