Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years experience in residential construction or warranty administration.
• Experience working with subcontractors and scheduling preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate clearly.
• Highly organized with strong time-management skills.
• Ability to diagnose construction-related issues and coordinate remediation.

Responsibilities

• Process, track, and manage homeowner warranty claims using Homebound’s proprietary technology platform.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners regarding warranty questions, coverage, and claim status.
• Coordinate warranty repairs with trade partners, subcontractors, and internal construction teams.
• Educate homeowners on warranty coverage, limitations, and maintenance responsibilities.
• Review warranty issues for trends, root causes, and opportunities for process or quality improvement.
