Jobot is seeking a Warranty Project Manager in Alabama to oversee warranty projects from closeout through expiration, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely resolutions.

The role requires tracking claims on building systems, investigating issues on-site, developing corrective actions, and managing schedules, scopes, and costs while preserving client relationships. Travel up to 50% is expected, and strong communication is essential to deliver quality repairs.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction project management, warranty project management, post-construction services, facilities project management, or service management.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction, building systems, maintenance operations, and post-construction service.
• Experience managing projects, subcontractors, vendors, schedules, and multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to investigate issues and drive corrective action.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Comfortable working independently in the field while collaborating with cross-functional project teams.
• Experience with project tracking, construction management, service management, or facilities management software preferred.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel approximately 30-50%.

Responsibilities

• Manage warranty projects from closeout through warranty expiration.
• Track and resolve warranty claims involving building systems, finishes, equipment, and other construction-related issues.
• Investigate warranty issues on-site, identify root causes, and develop corrective action plans.
• Develop repair scopes, project schedules, work plans, and resolution timelines.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and service providers performing warranty-related work.
• Manage multiple warranty issues and projects simultaneously from initial notification through final completion.
• Ensure warranty obligations and corrective work are completed in accordance with contract documents, project requirements, and quality standards.
