Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in fast-paced residential construction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including exceptional telephone skills and etiquette.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to keep detailed documentation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to warranty requests and coordinate Service Technician dispatch.
• Track completion and quality of service calls, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Generate and maintain reports on warranty activities and quality metrics.
• Work closely with subcontractors to manage billing and invoice processes.
• Oversee quality control and administrative aspects of warranty service.
