Job summary

Parts Town is seeking a Service Coordinator (Dispatch Commander) to partner with Inside Service Technicians, manufacturers, and providers to manage warranty dispatch end-to-end.

You will handle warranty part orders, dispatch service, follow-ups and provide top-notch support. The role requires strong problem-solving, clear communication, and multitasking without sacrificing accuracy.

Qualifications

• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English; bilingual a plus.
• Detail-oriented with drive to go the extra mile.
• Experience using Microsoft Office products.
• Strong internet connectivity at home.
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday 11:00 AM–7:30 PM EST.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch 60-80 service calls within a 10-minute SLA.
• Use mapping tools to locate service providers near end user location.
• Provide exceptional customer experience via email and phone.
• Manage service lifecycle from dispatch to close.
• Document issues for technicians and assist dealers.
• Handle general email inquiries within SLA.
• Back up other team areas as needed.
