This role requires proactive communication with homeowners and service technicians to ensure timely, quality outcomes.

You will receive homeowner requests, determine warranty eligibility, coordinate inspections, and follow up to ensure issues are resolved professionally and efficiently.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6–12 months related experience.
• Ability to use DRH Warranty apps on phone, tablet, or laptop.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive and confirm homeowner warranty requests.
• Schedule inspection appointments with homeowners and technicians.
• Evaluate repair items for warranty eligibility.
• Coordinate subcontractors for warranty work.
• Ensure warranty work is completed on time and documented.
• Maintain professional customer relations.
