Job summary

Value Windows & Doors Inc. is seeking a Warranty & Service Coordinator to act as the primary contact for service and warranty requests.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills to ensure a seamless customer experience and timely case resolution. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, creating cases in Salesforce, coordinating technicians, ordering parts, and preparing quotes.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or dispatching.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Bilingual in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person requests.
• Create and manage service and warranty cases in CRM (Salesforce).
• Schedule, dispatch, and coordinate service technicians and resources.
• Communicate with customers to gather details, provide updates, and close cases.
• Order and track parts, materials, and tools needed for service completion.
• Prepare service routes and coordinate logistics including equipment and third-party support.
• Maintain organized records of requests, schedules, and communications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve cases and prepare quotes/invoices.
