Job summary

Toll Brothers in Collegeville, Pennsylvania, is seeking a Construction Customer Care Representative to deliver quality warranty service to homeowners. This on-site role collaborates with homeowners and trade partners to resolve warranty issues and to perform Home Complete and Quality Inspections prior to delivery.

You will conduct homeowner meetings, coordinate service appointments, manage service requests, and contribute to customer-satisfaction metrics while upholding Toll Brothers’ standards

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of residential construction experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with a service department (preferred).
• 1–3 years of Customer Service Experience (preferred).
• Strong computer skills including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine Homeowner meetings to observe and assess warranty request submissions
• Service appointment communications and coordination between Homeowners and Trade Partners
• Service Request Management: entering, updating, closing and Purchase Order processing
• Conduct Home Complete/Quality Inspections prior to delivery to the Customer
• Responsible for customer satisfaction metrics related to homeowners served
• All other duties as assigned
