Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. in Dallas, TX, is seeking a Warranty Claims Specialist to own the warranty process from intake to resolution, working closely with service, parts and sales to move jobs forward and satisfy customers.

You will verify coverage, document parts and labor, and communicate with customers, technicians, and manufacturers to prevent delays and ensure accurate claims throughout the lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Review, process, and submit warranty claims per manufacturer guidelines and policies
• Track claim status and follow up with manufacturers to resolve delays or discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records of warranty work including parts, labor, and documentation
• Verify warranty coverage and clearly explain terms and conditions
• Collaborate with service to coordinate warranty repairs and timely completion
• Track and order warranty parts to prevent service delays
• Stay updated on manufacturer bulletins, policies, and procedures
• Assist service, parts, and new equipment sales with warranty questions
• Communicate with customers, technicians, and manufacturers for a smooth warranty process
• Process freight claims for damaged shipments
• Process contractor claims for damaged or non-working products

Job description

This role is a key support function within the operation—ensuring warranty claims are processed accurately and followed through to resolution, while supporting both internal teams and manufacturer relationships.

The right candidate will take ownership of the warranty process, stay on top of details and follow through, and work closely with service, parts, and sales teams to keep jobs moving, issues resolved, and customers taken care of throughout the process.
