Toyota Of Rockwall is seeking a Warranty Administrator to manage warranty claims using our software system and to submit documentation to factories and distributors. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and timely processing in a busy shop environment.

You will verify claim criteria, attach required documents, and track outstanding or rejected claims while maintaining strong relationships with factory contacts and service staff.

Job description

Warranty Administrator Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process warranty claims through our software system
• Prepares, records, and reconciles warranty claims and submits them to the factory and distributors for defective parts
• Verify criteria required by factory or distributor; attached all required documentation to warranty invoice
• Must be able to maintain an eye for accuracy and detail in a busy environment.
• Follow up with the factory and distributors regarding unpaid and/or rejected claims
• Maintain positive working relations with factory and extended warranty contacts
• Review weekly with Service Manager outstanding warranty claims
• Track warranty parts by tagging, report scrapping status to Service Manager weekly
• Arrange for parts to be shipped to the factory or distributor
• Assist Service Office as needed with answering service phone and assisting customers
• Keeping schedules clean, up to date, and current in receiving payment is a must
• Oversee the cashiering department
