The role analyzes warranty data, identifies trends, and supports staff while helping implement improvements to reduce costs and boost customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warranty administration role within automotive/manufacturing.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Process warranty claims efficiently and accurately in compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with service departments, suppliers, and manufacturers to validate and expedite claims.
  • Maintain detailed records of all warranty claims and related documentation.
  • Communicate updates to customers and internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Analyze warranty data to identify trends and recommend cost-reducing improvements.
  • Ensure claims are processed within established timelines and follow up as needed.

Job Purpose:The Warranty Admin is responsible for managing and processing warranty claims to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
