Lb-Capital in Saint Petersburg, FL is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to re-engage warm home improvement leads, educate homeowners, and close deals remotely in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

You will build trust, leverage CRM tools, participate in daily coaching, and benefit from a compensation package that includes base salary plus commissions, health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO after 90 days, and fast-track promotions.

Qualifications

• Proven closers with target achievement.
• Experience selling exterior home improvements preferred.
• Comfortable with virtual closes.

Responsibilities

• Work warm leads and re-engage prior clients who previously chose not to move forward
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to educate clients and close deals
• Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping homeowners solve roofing and exterior issues with tailored solutions
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals
• Maintain accurate records of all activity in CRM software
• Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive insights
