Job summary

Lb-Capital is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to re-engage warm leads and convert them into loyal customers for roofing and exterior home improvements. You will educate homeowners, close deals virtually, and contribute to a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Ideal candidates close deals reliably, communicate well, and stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends. A strong CRM and Office suite familiarity helps you succeed and grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Proven closers with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in roofing or exterior home improvement sales preferred.
• Comfortable closing deals virtually in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communicator with ability to build trust quickly.

Responsibilities

• Work warm leads and re-engage prior clients who previously chose not to move forward.
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to educate clients and close deals.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships.
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping homeowners solve roofing and exterior issues with tailored solutions.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate records of all activity in CRM software.
• Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive insights.
