Lb-Capital is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to re-engage warm leads and close deals virtually in a fast-paced environment. You’ll educate homeowners on roofing and exterior solutions, build lasting relationships, and contribute to revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in real estate or home improvement.
• Experience selling roofing, siding, windows, or other exterior home products preferred.
• Ability to educate homeowners and close deals remotely with warm leads.

Responsibilities

• Re-engage warm leads and past clients to close deals.
• Conduct outbound follow-ups by phone and email.
• Educate homeowners and propose tailored exterior solutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track progress toward revenue goals.
