Job summary

Lb-Capital is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to engage warm leads and convert them into long-term homeowners. This role focuses on educating clients, building trust, and closing deals virtually in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

You will be supported by daily coaching, a clear career path, and a performance-driven compensation plan including base salary plus commission. Prior exterior home improvement sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven closing track record with targets met or exceeded.
• Experience in roofing or exterior home improvement sales preferred.
• Comfortable closing deals virtually in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Work warm leads and re-engage past clients.
• Follow up calls to educate clients and close deals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Advise homeowners with tailored exterior solutions.
• Develop strategies to meet revenue goals.
• Record all activity in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.
