Job summary

RJW Logistics Group is seeking a Material Handler Trainer to lead hands-on training for new personnel and warehouse staff across the network. The role emphasizes teaching best practices, safety, and on-the-job development to support efficient operations.

You will maintain training records, conduct monthly safety refreshers, and may operate forklifts as needed. Travel to multiple RJW sites is required to ensure consistent training across the network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of warehouse/training experience preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze and follow SOPs and policies.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-job training to equipment operators and warehouse staff.
• Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing hands-on training for pickers and employees.
• Maintain training records for regulatory and internal purposes; ensure safety guidelines are followed.
• Perform safety refresher trainings monthly and post-accident refreshers as needed.
• Travel to RJW buildings for training coverage and support mid-shift operations.
