• Requires ability to communicate, read, write, and speak English clearly.
• Basic knowledge of training techniques or job training is preferred.
• At least 6 months of experience in a related role or training environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-job training to equipment operators and other warehouse employees.
• Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing hands-on training for warehouse staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain proficiency across all warehouse functions and plan/schedule multiple tasks.
• Keep training records for required regulatory purposes and internal instruction.
• Lead monthly safety refresher training and post-accident safety refreshers as needed.
• Willing to work off shifts as needed and operate forklift when required.
