Job summary

RJW Logistics Group seeks a Material Handler Trainer to deliver hands‑on training for new personnel and warehouse staff, focusing on best practices and safety across shifts. This role includes coordinating training sessions and updating records to meet regulatory and internal standards.

The Warehouse Trainer will conduct monthly safety refreshers, post‑accident trainings, and may operate forklifts as needed, with travel to RJW facilities as required.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of training techniques and on-the-job training delivery.
• Ability to read, analyze and communicate effectively in English.
• Experience or exposure to warehouse operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-job training to equipment operators and warehouse staff.
• Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and ongoing training for pickers.
• Maintain training records for regulatory and internal needs.
• Perform safety refreshers monthly and post-accident sessions.
