Job summary

RJW Logistics Group is seeking a Warehouse Trainer to lead hands-on training for new personnel and existing staff across RJW facilities. The role emphasizes on-the-job instruction, best practices, and continuous improvement to maintain safety and efficiency in warehouse operations.

The trainer will conduct monthly safety refreshers, coordinate with MIS on issues, and travel between buildings as needed. A high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of experience in training or related role.
• Must be able to communicate, read, write and speak English.
• Basic knowledge of training techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-job training to equipment operators and warehouse staff.
• Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for pickers and staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines and SOPs.
• Maintain training records for regulatory purposes and internal audits.
• Travel to RJW facilities as needed for training across locations.
