RJW Logistics Group is seeking a Warehouse Trainer to lead hands-on training for new personnel and warehouse staff. The role includes teaching best practices, maintaining training records, and supporting safety compliance across shifts.

• Must be able to communicate, read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide on the job training to equipment operators and other warehouse employees.
• Conducts training sessions for new hires and provides on-going hands on training to warehouse pickers and employees.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
• Well versed in all warehouse functions.
• Ability to plan and schedule tasks and handle multiple tasks at once.
• Maintains all training records for required regulatory purposes and mandatory internally required instruction.
• Perform work safely and in accordance with company and customer standards and safety regulations.
