Job summary

RJW Logistics Group is seeking a Warehouse Trainer to lead hands-on training for new personnel and current warehouse staff. The role emphasizes on-the-job instruction on best practices, safety compliance, and maintaining training records across facilities, with periodic travel to RJW buildings as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months experience.
• Must be able to communicate, read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide on the job training to equipment operators and other warehouse employees.
• Conducts training sessions for new hires and provides on-going hands on training to warehouse pickers and employees.
• Will also operate as forklift operator as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Open tickets with MIS for any issues and get it resolved.
