RJW Logistics Group is seeking a Warehouse Trainer to lead hands-on training for new and existing staff across our distribution network. The role emphasizes safety, SOP adherence, and effective coaching in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma or GED, 6 months+ experience, and ability to train diverse teams. The position may require forklift operation and travel between RJW facilities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to train on the job and deliver clear instructions.
• Must communicate effectively in English with diverse learners.
• Knowledge of safety rules and OSHA-like guidelines.
• Ability to manage multiple training tasks and records.

Responsibilities

• Provide on the job training to equipment operators and warehouse staff.
• Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing refresher sessions.
• Maintain training records for regulatory and internal audits.
• Deliver monthly safety refresher trainings and post-accident drills.
• Travel to RJW buildings as needed for training coverage.
• Operate as forklift operator when required and support SOPs.
