Job summary

RJW Logistics Group in Mesquite, TX seeks a Material Handler Trainer to lead on-the-job training for warehouse staff, ensure safety and SOP compliance, and participate in cross-network scout assignments. The role requires a HS diploma and at least 6 months of experience, with ability to travel between buildings and cover mid shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience in related role or training environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide on the job training to equipment operators and other warehouse employees.
• Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing hands-on training for warehouse staff.
• Maintain training records for regulatory and internal requirements; ensure safety guidelines are followed.
• Lead monthly safety refresher trainings and post-accident refresher trainings.
• Travel to RJW buildings as needed and cover mid-shifts; operate forklift as needed.
