Job summary

RJW Logistics Group is hiring a Material Handler Trainer to lead hands-on training for new personnel and warehouse staff. You will train on best practices, safety, and proper SOP execution, with opportunities to participate in network scout assignments.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of experience, with English communication. Expect mid-shift work and potential travel to multiple RJW buildings across the network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of relevant experience.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-job training to equipment operators and warehouse staff.
• Conduct training for new hires and ongoing training for pickers and employees.
• Maintain training records for regulatory and internal purposes.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company SOPs.
• Travel to RJW buildings as needed and cover mid-shifts.
