Job summary

RJW Logistics Group is seeking a Warehouse Trainer to lead hands-on training for new hires and existing warehouse staff. You will train on best practices, safety, and operational SOPs, while keeping training records and coordinating with site leaders.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, at least 6 months of experience, and fluent English. Off-shift work and occasional forklift operation may be required, with travel between RJW buildings as needed.

• At least 6 months experience.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide on the job training to equipment operators and other warehouse employees.
• Conduct training sessions for new hires and provide ongoing hands-on training to warehouse pickers and employees.
• Maintain training records for regulatory and internal purposes.
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and SOPs.
• Travel to RJW buildings as needed to lead training across sites.
