Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-5 years warehouse experience with knowledge of Import/Export receiving, shipping, and inventory control.
• Familiar with OSHA regulations.
• Must be certified on warehouse equipment.
• Experience with HighJump/PeopleSoft, RF devices, and WMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Supervisors to determine daily, weekly, and monthly workload.
• Direct team to meet daily objectives and provide leadership and assistance.
• Assist employees with exceptions and problem resolution.
• Unloading and loading of shipments, put away and replenishment, receiving and selecting products.
• Train and assess new employees and re-train as necessary.
• Ensure all employees perform duties accurately and safely.
• Assist management with safety initiatives and other duties as needed.
