• Manages Will Call operations, including replenishment, selection, loading, and temperature control.
• Monitors labor hours and materials within budget; prepares work schedules.
• Ensures adherence to safety policies and conducts associate trainings.
• Coordinates with third-party unloading services and inbound scheduling for efficiency.
• Reviews warehouse productivity reporting and implements cost-reduction measures.
