Job summary

Sysco Virginia (The Sygma Network, Inc) is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead day warehouse activities including receiving, replenishment, and storage. You will supervise staff, ensure safety and quality controls, and coordinate with other departments to maintain uptime and efficiency.

The role requires 1-3 years of related experience, a GED or diploma, and a 3-month window to obtain a Powered Industrial Equipment Certification. The position may involve shifts and weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1-3 years related experience and/or training.
• Powered Industrial Equipment Certification from Sysco within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, replenishment and storage.
• Manage Will Call operations, including replenishment, selection and loading.
• Maintain labor and supplies within budget; prepare and adjust work schedules.
• Ensure HACCP and food safety documentation; coordinate with safety department.
