Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to direct daily warehouse operations at our Florida stores. You will schedule staffing, oversee receiving and shipping, and ensure inventory control and safe equipment use.

You will also implement safety programs, enforce SOPs, and coordinate with other departments to keep workflows efficient. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail distribution environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, team-building, delegating, and follow-up skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong computer skills and experience with Windows-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel to ensure efficient shipping and receiving.
• Direct day-to-day warehouse operations including storage, inventory control, and maintenance.
• Ensure safety programs and SOPs are followed; enforce discipline as needed.
• Coordinate with Receiving, Inventory Control, and other departments for smooth workflows.
• Prepare activity reports and resolve discrepancies in shipping, invoices, and receiver data.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and safe operation of warehouse machinery.
