Job summary

KeHE Distributors, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Portland, OR to lead 25-28 Warehouse Associates in a fast-paced, temperature-flexible environment. You’ll drive safety, productivity, and accuracy while coaching a high-performance team across receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and WMS proficiency, with a shift starting at 3:00 AM, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; degrees may be substituted with relevant experience.
• 2+ years of warehouse operations experience, including 2+ years in formal leadership for teams of 10 or more.
• Proven track record of maintaining a safe work environment and compliance with safety regulations.
• Experience leading a team, mentoring, and developing warehouse personnel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to motivate and engage a team.
• Experience conducting structured monthly check-ins and on-the-floor observations; ability to delegate and manage change.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 25-28 Warehouse Associates.
• Set clear performance goals using KPIs such as productivity, order accuracy, safety, and cleanliness.
• Provide real-time coaching, guidance, and feedback to foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Promote skill development and continuous improvement across the team.
• Recognize and celebrate outstanding performance and maintain high engagement.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management.
• Apply LEAN methodologies to identify opportunities for process improvement and waste reduction.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement improvements based on feedback and performance reviews.
