KeHE Distributors is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in a fast-paced environment to lead 25-28 associates, drive safety, and optimize daily operations. You will coach staff, monitor KPIs, and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.

The role requires LEAN-minded leadership, strong WMS proficiency, and the ability to adapt to weekend/holiday schedules to meet business needs. This position offers full-time employment and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; additional experience may substitute for a degree.
• Experience leading 25-28 warehouse associates in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer skills with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Flexible schedule including weekends, overtime and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 25-28 Warehouse Associates to meet performance targets.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Supervise daily warehouse operations and optimize workflows for productivity.
• Apply continuous improvement practices and LEAN methodologies to reduce waste.
