Job summary

KeHE Distributors, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a 25-28 person team. You’ll drive efficient operations, uphold safety standards, and ensure policy compliance across receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management.

You will coach, develop, and motivate staff, promoting a culture of performance and continuous improvement within a temperature-varied warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 25-28 Warehouse Associates to meet performance goals.
• Ensure safety standards and policy compliance in daily operations.
• Supervise receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory accuracy.
• Provide real-time coaching and foster a collaborative, respectful environment.
• Apply LEAN principles to improve workflows and reduce bottlenecks.
