Job summary

KeHE Distributors is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead 25–28 Associates across temp zones, including refrigerated and freezer areas. You will drive productivity, safety, and adherence to policies while fostering a high-performing, collaborative team.

Use LEAN methods to improve processes, coach staff, and ensure accuracy in daily operations such as receiving, picking, packing, and shipping. A strong leader with 2+ years of leadership in warehousing is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degree optional.
• 2+ years in warehouse operations with ≥2 years of formal leadership for teams of 10+.
• Proven track record of maintaining a safe work environment and compliance with safety regulations.
• Experience leading a warehouse team, mentoring and developing warehouse personnel.

Responsibilities

• Lead 25–28 Warehouse Associates, ensuring tools, support and knowledge to meet performance goals.
• Set and monitor KPIs for productivity, order accuracy, safety and cleanliness.
• Provide real-time coaching and foster a respectful, collaborative work environment.
• Oversee receiving, picking, packing, shipping and inventory management; drive continuous improvement.
