KeHE Distributors, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team of 25-28 employees, drive safety, and optimize daily warehouse operations. The role emphasizes coaching, measurable performance, and adherence to policies while maintaining a collaborative, high-performance culture.

Responsibilities include managing receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment, with LEAN practices to minimize waste and improve efficiency.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required; additional years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 2+ years of warehouse operations experience with at least 2 years in formal leadership for teams of 10+.
• Proven track record of maintaining a safe work environment and safety compliance.
• Experience leading a team, mentoring, and developing warehouse personnel; strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 25-28 Warehouse Associates to meet performance goals.
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback to foster a collaborative, respectful, and safe work environment.
• Oversee safety inspections and audits, ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory.
• Apply LEAN methodologies to identify process improvements and reduce waste.
