Job summary

KeHE Distributors, an employee-owned distributor of natural, organic, and fresh products, seeks a Warehouse Supervisor in Portland, OR to lead 25-28 associates, ensuring efficient operations, safety compliance, and policy adherence while driving performance and hitting goals.

You will foster a high-performance culture, provide real-time coaching, and manage shifts across refrigerated and freezer zones, requiring LEAN thinking and strong communication with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; additional years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations with at least 2 years in formal leadership for teams of 10+
• Proven track record of maintaining a safe work environment and compliance with safety regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; experience coaching and developing warehouse personnel

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 25-28 Warehouse Associates to meet performance goals.
• Drive safety and compliance, conducting inspections and trainings to prevent injuries.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management; optimize workflows.
• Apply LEAN methodologies and continuous improvement to reduce waste and improve accuracy.
