KeHE Distributors, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Oregon to lead 25–28 associates across temperature-controlled zones, ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency. You will coach staff, manage daily operations, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; additional education may be considered.
• 2+ years in warehouse ops with 2+ years of formal leadership for teams of 10+
• Proven track record of safe, compliant operations and team leadership.
• Experience mentoring and developing warehouse staff; strong communication & interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead 25–28 Warehouse Associates to meet safety, accuracy, and productivity goals.
• Provide real-time coaching and foster a collaborative, respectful work environment.
• Supervise receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management; drive continuous improvement.
• Apply LEAN methods to reduce waste and optimize workflows; partner with leadership on improvements.
