Job summary

KeHE Distributors, a natural, organic, specialty and fresh food distributor, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Illinois. You will lead 25-28 associates, drive safety, and manage day-to-day operations across receiving, picking, packing, and shipping. This role emphasizes performance coaching, KPI-driven results, and a culture of continuous improvement.

The position offers full-time hours with shift SU-TH starting at 4:00 AM, and a comprehensive benefits package beginning on day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; relevant experience may be considered.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks.
• Strong computer skills; experience with WMS.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, overtime and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 25-28 Warehouse Associates.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and process adherence across operations.
• Oversee daily warehouse activities: receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory.
• Apply LEAN methods to identify and implement improvements.
