Job summary

KeHE Distributors is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team of 25-28 Associates across multiple zones, driving safety, productivity, and quality. You will implement coaching, set clear KPIs, and promote a high-engagement environment while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

You will oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control, with Refrigerated and Frozen zones, while leveraging LEAN practices to remove

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; additional experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, overtime, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 25-28 Warehouse Associates to meet performance goals.
• Set and monitor KPIs for productivity, accuracy, safety and cleanliness.
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback in a collaborative work environment.
• Foster continuous improvement using LEAN principles to optimize warehouse workflows.
• Ensure safety compliance and drive a safety-first culture in daily operations.
• Supervise receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control activities.
