• Minimum 2+ years in warehouse operations with at least 2 years of formal leadership experience for teams of 10+.
• Demonstrated track record of maintaining a safe work environment and compliance with safety regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and engage a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 25–28 Warehouse Associates to meet performance expectations.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and adherence to policies; conduct regular inspections and training.
• Drive daily operations—receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory; apply LEAN and continuous improvement.
