RJW Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Plainfield, IL to lead a team, uphold safety and quality, and ensure on-time order fulfillment.

You will plan daily work, coach associates, and coordinate with internal partners to deliver a consistent customer experience while driving continuous improvement. This role is on-site, with Sunday-Wednesday night shift, and offers a salary of $65,000–$70,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse supervisory/managerial experience in a fast-paced distribution or logistics environment.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team while upholding safety, accuracy, productivity and attendance standards.
• Experience planning labor and assignments in high-volume operations.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and strong data-entry skills.
• Clear, confident communication; ability to set expectations and collaborate with internal/external partners.
• Commitment to continuous improvement with a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of warehouse associates to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Plan, prioritize and assign daily work to align labor and equipment with volume and service commitments.
• Ensure orders are picked, staged, loaded and shipped accurately and on time.
• Oversee documentation and system transactions (BOLs, manifests, receipts, adjustments).
• Champion safety and quality culture on the dock and in the warehouse.
• Collaborate with Customer Solutions and other supervisors for smooth handoffs and consistency.
