RJW Logistics in Joliet, IL is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team responsible for keeping customers' products moving safely, accurately and on time. You will set the tone on the floor with a strong focus on safety, quality and productivity.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced distribution environment, with proven ability to coach diverse teams, plan labor, and use a WMS to ensure precise picks, staging, loading and shipping.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse supervisory/managerial experience.
• Ability to lead diverse teams with safety and productivity standards.
• Experience planning labor in high-volume operations.
• Familiarity with WMS; strong data entry skills.
• Clear, confident communication with internal and external partners.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and hands-on problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of warehouse associates to meet customer expectations.
• Plan and assign daily work to match volume and service commitments.
• Ensure orders are picked, staged, loaded and shipped correctly on time.
• Maintain accurate documentation and system transactions (BOLs, receipts, etc.).
• Promote safety and quality culture on dock and in warehouse.
• Collaborate with Customer Solutions and other supervisors to ensure smooth shift handoffs.
