Job summary

RJW Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Plainfield, IL to lead a shift from 3:30 PM to 2:30 AM, Wednesday through Saturday. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and productivity while developing a team of associates to meet customer requirements.

You will plan labor, ensure accurate order processing, and coordinate with Customer Solutions/Service to deliver a consistent experience for clients and staff across the Midwest network.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse supervisory/managerial experience in a fast-paced distribution or logistics environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team while maintaining safety, accuracy, productivity and attendance.
• Experience planning labor and work assignments in high-volume, deadline-driven operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of warehouse associates to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Plan, prioritize and assign daily work to align labor and equipment with volume, service commitments, and customer requirements.
• Ensure orders are picked, staged, loaded and shipped accurately and on time per customer specs and RJW standards.
• Oversee documentation and system transactions (BOLs, manifests, receipts, adjustments).
• Champion safety and quality culture on the dock and in the warehouse, driving continuous improvement.
