Job summary

RJW Logistics Group in Plainfield, IL is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team that keeps products moving safely, accurately and on time. You will set the tone on the floor with a strong safety focus and develop associates to meet production needs.

The schedule is Sunday to Wednesday, 3:30 PM to 2:30 AM, with no remote work and relocation not provided. The salary range is $65,000–$70,000 annually, plus benefits and MyShare participation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse supervisory/managerial experience.
• Proven ability to lead a diverse team while upholding safety, accuracy and productivity.
• Experience planning labor and assignments in high-volume operations.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and data entry.
• Clear, confident communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team to meet customer expectations.
• Plan, prioritize and assign daily work to align with volume and schedules.
• Ensure orders are picked, staged, shipped accurately and on time.
• Oversee documentation and system transactions (BOLs, manifests, receipts, adjustments).
• Champion safety and quality culture on dock and in warehouse.
• Partner with Customer Solutions and other supervisors to ensure smooth handoffs.
