RJW Logistics in Plainfield, IL is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team, ensure safety, accuracy, and on-time shipment.

You will plan daily work, manage labor and equipment, ensure orders are picked and shipped per RJW standards, and collaborate with Customer Solutions and other supervisors.

This full-time role requires at least 3+ years supervisory experience in a fast-paced distribution environment and strong WMS and data entry skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of warehouse supervisory/managerial experience in a fast-paced distribution or logistics environment.
• Experience planning labor and work assignments in a high-volume, deadline-driven operation.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS); strong overall computer and data entry skills.
• Clear and confident communication skills – able to set expectations, give feedback and partner effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach to supporting the operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of warehouse associates to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Plan, prioritize and assign daily work to align labor and equipment with volume, service commitments and customer requirements.
• Ensure all orders are picked, staged, loaded and shipped accurately, on time and in compliance with customer specifications and RJW standards.
• Oversee accurate, timely documentation and system transactions (BOLs, manifests, receipts, adjustments and other required paperwork).
• Champion a strong safety and quality culture on the dock and in the warehouse, driving continuous improvement.
• Partner with Customer Solutions/Customer Service and other supervisors to resolve issues, ensure smooth shift handoffs and deliver a consistent experience for associates and customers.
