Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of warehouse supervisory/managerial experience in a fast-paced distribution or logistics environment.
• Strong focus on safety, quality and productivity with the ability to develop associates.
• Experience planning labor and assignments in high-volume operations.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and data entry skills.
• Clear communication and collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and hands-on leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of warehouse associates to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Plan, prioritize and assign daily work to align labor and equipment with volume and service commitments.
• Ensure orders are picked, staged, loaded and shipped accurately and on time.
• Oversee documentation and system transactions (BOLs, manifests, receipts, adjustments).
• Champion safety and quality culture on the dock and in the warehouse.
• Coordinate with Customer Solutions and other supervisors to ensure smooth shift handoffs.
