RJW Logistics Group in Plainfield, IL is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team responsible for moving products safely, accurately and on time. The role emphasizes safety, quality and productivity while developing associates on the floor.

You will plan labor, assign daily work, and coordinate with Customer Solutions and other supervisors to ensure a consistent customer experience across shifts. This is a non-remote, on-site position with a schedule from Wednesday to Saturday, 4:00 PM to

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of warehouse supervisory/managerial experience.
• Ability to lead a diverse team while maintaining safety, accuracy, productivity and attendance.
• Experience planning labor and work assignments in a high-volume operation.
• Familiarity with WMS; strong computer and data entry skills.
• Clear, confident communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and a hands-on approach.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and develop a team of warehouse associates to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Plan, prioritize and assign daily work to align labor and equipment with volume, service commitments and customer requirements.
• Ensure all orders are picked, staged, loaded and shipped accurately, on time and in compliance with customer specifications and RJW standards.
• Oversee accurate, timely documentation and system transactions (BOLs, manifests, receipts, adjustments and other required paperwork).
• Champion a strong safety and quality culture on the dock and in the warehouse, driving continuous improvement.
• Partner with Customer Solutions/Customer Service and other supervisors to resolve issues, ensure smooth shift handoffs and deliver a consistent experience for associates and customers.
