Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Lead or supervisory experience preferred for supervisor role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with colleagues and RDC management.
• Ability to plan, organize, analyze data, follow policies, and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise fifteen to twenty-five colleagues in warehouse/distribution.
• Monitor receiving/shipping to ensure efficient, accurate handling of goods.
• Coach staff on safety, performance and standards; enforce policies.
• Plan shifts, cover vacations/holidays, and manage workload balance.
• Coordinate with Transportation and Inventory Control to optimize flow and inventory integrity.
