Job summary

The Sysco Redistribution Center seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping activities. You’ll lead a team of 15–25 colleagues, ensure safe operations, and maintain inventory integrity while meeting productivity goals.

Responsibilities include scheduling coverage, coaching staff, reducing overtime, coordinating with Transportation and Inventory Control, and ensuring compliance with safety, OSHA, HACCP, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be able to plan and organize work and time, analyze data, follow policies and procedures.
• Experience leading and coaching a warehouse team toward safety and productivity.
• Strong written and verbal communication with colleagues and management.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 15–25 colleagues and recruit/train as needed.
• Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping for efficiency and accuracy.
• Plan scheduling to cover vacations, holidays, and shift fill-ins.
• Monitor workflow and labor data to balance areas and reduce overtime.
• Coach and evaluate staff performance; enforce safety rules and practices.
• Coordinate with Transportation and Inventory Control to protect product integrity.
• Ensure payroll records and timekeeping accuracy; protect confidential information.
